How do I place an order?

Simply click and select the item and the size you want and then ‘add to basket’.

Can I place an item on lay-by/hold?

Sorry, with such high demand we can no longer put items on hold or lay-by. Orders must be paid in full the time of checkout.

The item you want is sold out or no longer appears?

If the item that you want no longer appears or is sold out, be sure to contact us and we’ll be able to let you know if we will be getting it back in.

Where do I send my returns to?

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is a flat rate of $10 for express post Australia wide or free for orders over $150. Shipping to New Zealand and anywhere else is a flat rate of $15 or free for orders over $200.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order once it has been placed?

No, once your order has been placed no changes or cancellations can be made, including to billing and shipping details.

Why isn't my coupon working?

If your coupon isn’t working it may be out of date, please contact us if you believe this is not the issue. Please note: You cannot use coupons in conjunction with any other offers including but not limited to sale items.
